Paired is hiring a Customer Service Team Lead to guide a team of agents supporting our health and wellness e-commerce company. You will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer support and operational efficiency for our subscription-based natural supplement brand.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee a team of 5-7 customer service agents, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training.
- Regularly review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency and align with company goals.
- Monitor and evaluate customer service tickets to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality responses.
- Hold agents accountable to established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), offering constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans.
- Leverage knowledge of subscription-based supplement brands to address customer needs and elevate service standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a customer service team lead or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
