Deckers Brands is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional educational services to students with severe learning disabilities. You'll engage with parents, students, and staff to ensure seamless communication and support, contributing directly to student success within regular academic programs.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and faculty by addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain and update student records accurately in the school’s database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing school events and activities, supporting communication efforts to ensure successful execution and participation.
- Gather and analyze feedback from students and parents to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall educational experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within an educational environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in both French and English languages is required.
Team & Environment
