Provide direct support to customers by managing orders, addressing concerns, and ensuring accurate account information. You'll engage with clients via phone, email, and in person, delivering clear responses and resolving issues efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Process customer orders, forms, and service requests accurately
- Respond to inquiries with prompt, professional communication
- Investigate and resolve complaints, following through to completion
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill requests and improve service
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with customer service methods and best practices
- Proficiency in standard computer applications
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Capable of analyzing problems and identifying effective solutions
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Must pass a 10-panel pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana
- Successful completion of a background check required

Work Mode
This is a fully onsite position in Columbus, Ohio. The schedule follows a fixed weekend pattern: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.
