Every is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its U-Haul team. In this role, you'll provide direct support to customers with U-Haul products and services, manage logistics using technology, and ensure equipment is ready and safe. What You'll Do
- Assist customers inside and outside the center with U-Haul products and services.
- Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
- Move, hook up, clean, and inspect trucks and trailers on the lot, including checking fluid levels.
- Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
- Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
- Install hitches and trailer wiring.
- Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
- Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
- Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
