About the Role

Modivcare is looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for members, resolving concerns and processing transportation service requests. You'll play a key role in scheduling, modifications, and cancellations, directly supporting members' health outcomes in a service-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

  • Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring all information is accurate and entered promptly.
  • Schedule, modify, and cancel transportation services while following all company procedures.
  • Input accurate trip data into our systems.
  • Refer unresolved customer issues to the designated department for further investigation.
  • Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems.
  • Review and educate members on our services and their insurance coverage.
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work.

What We're Looking For

  • Must live in Oklahoma.
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 0-2 years of related experience.
  • 6+ months contact center experience OR customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls, up to 100+ calls per day.
  • Can type 35wpm or more and talk and type simultaneously in a clear manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision and work overtime as required.
  • High Speed Internet of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload (must provide proof).
  • Ability to directly hardwire to your modem and have a dedicated, private work area.
  • Attend 100% of training, on camera for the first 30 days of employment.
  • All system documentation will be in English.
