Arise with Us is looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product and service information to customers and assist with troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
