Ameritas is seeking Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional service that builds customer loyalty. You will join our Group insurance division, handling inbound calls to verify eligibility, explain plan details, and resolve inquiries for dental and vision policies.
What You'll Do
- Communicate by phone or writing with policyholders, providers, and plan participants to answer questions and resolve issues.
- Document customer inquiries and related data electronically.
- Assist service teams with back office support functions.
- Protect participant confidentiality to ensure compliance with privacy policies.
- Support department goals by achieving established service standards and metrics.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient use of computer systems and strong keyboarding skills.
Nice to Have
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Contact center, customer service, dental office, or insurance experience.
