Every is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Lot Attendant to be the face of U-Haul’s service. This role combines customer interaction with hands-on equipment management, offering significant on-the-job education.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers inside and outside the center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move, hook up, clean, and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
