Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to vehicle owners via phone in accordance with the defined service package.
- Handle customer inquiries related to accounts and subscriptions, including refunds, enrollments, modifications, and account updates.
- Assist customers with credential-related issues and account access support.
- Support law enforcement by providing timely assistance when vehicles are reported stolen, following established procedures.
- Guide clients on Connected Drive functionalities such as remote unlock, app purchases, and mobile phone integration with the vehicle.
- Assist customers in setting up their accounts and connecting mobile devices to the car’s application system.
- Maintain professional communication with team members, supervisors, and operations managers.
- Carry out additional duties relevant to the customer service role as required.
