Valatam is hiring a Customer Service Assistant (Remote)

Valatam is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Assistant to provide remote support to US clients. In this role, you will be the frontline for customer inquiries, ensuring professional and effective resolution across multiple channels.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers in navigating products and services, providing guidance and solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to services and processes.

What We're Looking For

• C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills.
• 1 to 6 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably remote.
• You must reside in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, or Nicaragua.
• A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
• Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
• A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.
• Access to a backup place of work in case of power/internet failure and a secondary backup internet option.
• Available to work from listed countries without travel commitments for the first four months.

• Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree.
