Berliner Verlag GmbH is seeking a Customer Service Agent (w/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you will provide first and second level support for a Berlin-based media publisher, ensuring friendly and competent communication with customers via phone and email. You will advise on our products and be responsible for overall customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly and competent communication with our customers via phone and email as 1st and 2nd level support.
- Offer comprehensive advice to our customers and support them with inquiries regarding our publishing products.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction with our service and proactively present our services and products.

- Strong communication skills, empathy, and service- and solution-oriented action.
- Proactivity in all relevant processes.
- You keep your composure and are only satisfied when the customer is.
- Negotiation-level proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
- Confident handling of service systems.
