We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service and Administrator to support our fully remote operations. In this role, you’ll be the point of contact for customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat, ensuring each interaction is handled clearly and professionally.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer questions and resolve issues efficiently, escalating when needed
  • Keep customer records up to date in the CRM system with accurate, timely entries
  • Support order processing by coordinating with internal teams
  • Track complaints and work toward prompt resolutions
  • Collaborate with sales, surveyors, and installation staff to maintain smooth service flow
  • Organize appointments and manage scheduling as needed
  • Generate reports and assist leadership with administrative tasks
