AIB Personal Banking is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our Private Banking team. You will play a key role in supporting a defined customer segment and the wider team in delivering upon our business and customer objectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage the relationship for a book of existing Private Banking clients.
- Work as part of a team to manage and deliver customers' daily banking requests efficiently.
- Handle incoming customer emails and telephone calls, engaging with customers and other teams to deliver a professional service experience.
- Enhance customer experience and contribute to becoming the best banking experience for customers.
- Manage key compliance, operational, and risk tasks.
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Refer opportunities from the portfolio to the customer Engagement Team, Lending Team, and Relationship Manager colleagues.
- Apply knowledge of operational and regulatory risk, ensuring compliance with internal policy, external regulators, and industry best practice.
What We're Looking For
- Must be fully QFA Qualified.
- Proven experience embedding a Customer First culture and delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills, particularly under pressure to meet team objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
