About the Role
The individual in this position will design and execute marketing strategies tailored to existing customers, aiming to increase engagement, renewals, and upsell opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer marketing strategies that align with business goals
- Create targeted campaigns to improve customer retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to identify key customer milestones
- Use customer insights to personalize messaging and communication flows
- Lead lifecycle marketing efforts from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Design programs that encourage customer advocacy and referral behavior
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
- Manage content distribution across email, in-app, and other digital channels
- Coordinate with marketing operations for segmentation and automation setup
- Support the development of customer testimonials and case studies
- Track customer health metrics and translate them into marketing actions
- Partner with sales teams to align customer messaging with expansion goals
- Launch re-engagement campaigns for at-risk customer segments
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing communications
- Stay current with industry trends in customer marketing and retention tactics
