Responsibilities
- Provide technical field support for military air defense initiatives, including system maintenance and customer training
- Diagnose and resolve intricate hardware, software, and network challenges in unpredictable operational settings
- Keep internal teams and clients updated on the status of field-reported issues
- Help design and execute detailed operational and logistical strategies for mission-critical events
- Ensure air defense systems remain highly available and perform optimally in the field
- Develop and maintain support protocols for both hardware and software components
- Contribute to planning efforts and resource coordination, ensuring stakeholders understand technical requirements
- Lead root-cause investigations following system incidents in deployed environments
- Conduct post-incident evaluations and apply corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Keep accurate, current documentation for all systems and procedures
