Responsibilities
- Identifying, structuring, prioritising and closing loyalty partnership agreements that integrate seamlessly with Xsolla payment infrastructure
- Owning the full loyalty project lifecycle — from commercial negotiation and flow design through to go-live implementation and post-launch optimization
- Designing and advising on loyalty flow mechanics, including points issuance, redemption triggers, points exchange, and currency exchange models within the checkout experience
- Acting as the primary commercial liaison between loyalty partners, product teams, and technical implementation squads to ensure partnerships are delivered on time and at scale
- Developing and maintaining a pipeline of gaming-relevant loyalty program opportunities across regional loyalty programs in key geographies
- Translating partner requirements into actionable product and integration briefs, working closely with product and engineering teams
- Monitoring loyalty program performance post-launch, identifying growth levers, and leading commercial renegotiations where applicable
- Representing Xsolla at industry events, partner summits, and executive-level meetings as the subject matter expert on loyalty within Pay Station
