Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking information or needing escalated support
- Enter orders in real time and apply customer service protocols to ensure precision, clarity, and prompt follow-up
- Focus on customer satisfaction by addressing complicated inquiries proactively, solving problems, providing answers, and sharing updates
- Collaborate with Dispatch, Operations, and Transportation teams to guarantee on-time and accurate service delivery
- Keep customer data and supplier documentation current by recording notes and following established procedures and guidelines
- Build and sustain professional relationships with clients and business associates
- Produce reports to monitor customer behavior and identify areas for ongoing improvement
- Oversee customer orders from initiation through fulfillment by working with internal departments to ensure high service standards
