Kwik Trip | Kwik Star is seeking an energetic and positive Customer - Food Service Coworker. In this role, you'll focus on providing the best customer and food service experience within our clean, state-of-the-art facilities, making a genuine difference in your community.
What You'll Do
- Maintain our in-store food program
- Deliver the best customer and food service experience
- Keep the store clean and inviting
What We're Looking For
- You must be at least 16 years of age to work in our stores
- Great people skills
- Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly
- Desire to help customers
- Some weekend and holiday availability is required
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $16.00 to $21.70 per hour
- 40% of pre-tax profits returned to coworkers, with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage
