APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Rocky View County, AB. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, proper follow-up, and resolution to client inquiries or issues. CRH operates in a decentralized, diversified structure that allows you to work in a small company environment while having the career opportunities of a large international organization.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems
- Enter email and phone orders into the system for delivery
- Issue credits or debits accurately, when applicable
- Send open order reports, as required
- Process debit and credit card payments
- Answer incoming calls
- Provide information requested by customers in a timely fashion
- Ensure accuracy of invoices and on-time delivery of orders
- Track orders from entry into the system to delivery or pick up by the customer
- Support the sales team, as required
- Build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Categorize, file, and maintain ship ticket copies for audit purposes and file all customer records
- Arrange freight for orders ensuring best price and delivery to meet customer needs
- Dispatch, provide loading documents, and provide direction to drivers
- Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis, as needed

- High school diploma/equivalent or comparable related experience
- Detail oriented
- Good with basic math
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with a multi-line phone system
- Attention to detail
- Pleasant phone personality
- Ability to multi-task
- Reliable form of transportation required
