The Body Shop is looking for a Customer Consultant to join our retail team. You will drive sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor every day, upholding our activist roots and commitment to using business as a force for good. Your role is vital in demonstrating our cruelty-free, ethical beauty philosophy and enriching our customers' experience.
What You'll Do
- Offer expert advice to customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
- Learn our products, their origins, and proactively engage with customers to experience a range that suits their preferences and lifestyle.
- Take the time to learn customer’s needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so good.
- Support the store management team in driving sales and profit through exceptional service.
- Ensure adherence to all company procedures and policies.
What We're Looking For
- Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Nice to Have
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers; customer service experience is ideal.
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively.
- A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
