Golden Customer Care is hiring a Customer Care Representative

About the Role

Golden Customer Care is looking for a Customer Care Representative to be the human touchpoint for some of the largest health, wellness, beauty, and pet brands online. You will resolve customer inquiries and complaints by using multiple systems, researching problems, and aiming to retain customer loyalty through quick and thorough solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Use multiple systems simultaneously to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Research and reconcile problems by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the root cause, and explaining the best solution.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, offering suitable solutions and alternatives.
  • Engage customers in reconsidering cancellation by highlighting benefits and available deals when applicable.
  • Correct or update customer information accurately as needed.
  • Document customer requests and actions taken on the customer’s account.
  • Efficiently fulfill customer order requests.
  • Assist customers with order status inquiries and provide shipping information promptly.
  • Meet standard contact center performance metrics.
  • Provide customer feedback to management regarding products, trends, and customer issues.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED

Nice to Have

  • 1-2 years in a customer service role
  • 1 year of customer service in a contact center setting
  • Proficiency using Windows-based applications, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office software programs
  • Working knowledge of call center systems and/or workflows
