About the Role

Marel is looking for a Customer Care Manager to spearhead aftermarket growth and enhance customer relationships across Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar. Your mission is to transform the future of food by promoting our solutions and ensuring consistent, high-quality support standards.

What You'll Do

  • Grow aftermarket business, including spare parts, upgrades, and service contracts, to meet sales targets.
  • Lead new equipment sales for Meat processing solutions specifically in Thailand.
  • Develop and manage customer pipelines and forecasts using Salesforce.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through site visits, calls, and proactive support.
  • Act as the first point of contact for orders, escalations, complaints, and warranty claims.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from project handover into ongoing Customer Care.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and drive timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to maximize market penetration and service excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in aftermarket sales.
  • Strong commercial and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication in English; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Self-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a matrix organization.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle.

Nice to Have

  • Experience preferably in industrial equipment or food processing.
  • CRM experience ideally with Salesforce.
