Labcorp is seeking a Client Customer Service Support Representative to join its Contact Center team within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). In this role, you will work directly with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal teams to address client needs accurately and efficiently, providing product education and handling a wide variety of inquiries.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, averaging 50-60 calls per day.
- Follow approved procedures to update information and resolve denied claims.
- Evaluate current policies and procedures and recommend process improvements.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Read and understand explanations of benefits and correspondence.
- Document all accounts, ensuring guidelines and regulations are followed.
- Communicate via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year or more of Customer Service experience
Nice to Have
- 1 year or more of high-volume call experience
- 1 year or more of healthcare or medical experience

You'll be part of the Contact Center team for Client AR & Customer Service in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
