Destination Knot is looking for a Cruise & Resort Reservation Specialist to manage booking inquiries and reservations for travel packages. This is a fully remote role where you will be a key part of our customer experience team.
What You'll Do
- Process and manage cruise and resort reservation requests
- Provide detailed information on travel packages, pricing, and availability
- Coordinate with clients to tailor travel experiences to their preferences
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all booking documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise lines, resorts, and travel promotions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a reservation, booking, or customer service role within the travel industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position, open to candidates globally. The company operates with team members located in Atlanta, Georgia, but you can work from anywhere.
