Role Overview
As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will lead the strategy and execution of resubscription (winback) programs aimed at reactivating lapsed members. You'll play a central role in the CRM Growth Engine, designing and managing multi-channel campaigns across email, push, and SMS to drive measurable re-engagement and subscriber growth.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Own the end-to-end execution of resubscription campaigns, from planning and segmentation to deployment and QA
- Manage the monthly CRM send calendar, balancing promotional, triggered, and always-on messaging
- Build and maintain drip journeys, dynamic content logic, and personalization rules within CRM platforms
- Ensure accurate campaign setup, including audience targeting, A/B testing frameworks, and compliance with coding standards
- Collaborate with internal creative and email development teams to align on messaging, design, and technical implementation
Optimization & Performance
- Analyze campaign performance across KPIs including click-through rates, conversion, and reactivation success
- Identify trends in audience behavior, messaging effectiveness, and channel performance to inform future iterations
- Develop data-backed recommendations and post-campaign insights to continuously refine strategy
- Contribute to testing roadmaps and optimization plans based on performance learnings
- Monitor segmentation logic and targeting accuracy to improve efficiency and relevance
Collaboration & Alignment
- Partner with Lifecycle, Merchandising, and Technology teams to align on campaign priorities and product offers
- Work closely with Data and Analytics to leverage audience insights and reporting tools
- Coordinate with Marketing Ops and Engineering on data flows, tooling, and platform enhancements
- Support the rollout of new CRM features and technical upgrades to expand campaign capabilities
- Ensure consistent, seamless member experiences across all touchpoints
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing
- Proven track record managing high-volume, multi-channel campaigns
- Hands-on experience with enterprise email service providers such as Iterable, Braze, or SFMC
- Strong grasp of segmentation, triggered journeys, and dynamic content personalization
- Familiarity with analytics and project management tools including Amplitude, Sigma, Google Suite, and Monday.com
- Detail-oriented mindset with rigorous QA practices and organizational discipline
- Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solver with a focus on performance and continuous improvement
