Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support data visualization and reporting needs.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance CRM data integrity by detecting and resolving issues such as missing, incomplete, duplicate, or inconsistent records, and oversee bulk data imports with attention to accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting.
- Support system testing activities by creating test data, running test scenarios, verifying results, and documenting defects for follow-up and resolution.
- Contribute to documentation initiatives and offer input or suggestions for process improvements in coordination with the Digital Transformation and IT teams.
