Lead and manage critical incident response within a secure financial operations environment, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal disruption to services. You will take command during high-severity events, directing cross-functional technical taskforces and maintaining clear communication across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct incident response activities across business units and third-party suppliers
- Assemble and lead technical teams during critical events
- Deliver timely, accurate updates to stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle
- Produce detailed operational reports and maintain precise incident documentation
- Conduct post-event reviews to identify root causes and drive process improvements
- Verify data consistency and challenge assumptions using multiple sources to ensure factual accuracy
Qualifications
Fluency in both Norwegian and English is required. You bring proven experience in incident management and corrective action processes, with a demonstrated ability to lead under pressure. Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a calm, organized approach during crises are essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills allow you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. You are adept at managing multiple priorities and thrive in fast-moving, high-stakes situations. A technical background combined with familiarity in banking systems is an advantage.
