Givaudan is looking for a Credit Management & Collection Analyst to join our EMEA team in Budapest. You will play a key role in maximizing revenue and minimizing credit risk across our diverse customer base, handling cash collection, credit risk assessments, and customer order releases.
What You'll Do
- Achieve Credit & Collection KPI goals
- Research and evaluate clients' credit rating
- Proactively communicate with Clients and Sales teams through regular phone contact
- Escalate and follow up on necessary actions
- Make decisions on customer order release
- Investigate and resolve queries related to disputed invoices
- Manage effective collection of all debts
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Credit Management/Finance role
- College or University Degree
- Fluency in English and either Turkish or Spanish (both written and spoken)
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for details
- High ambition and teamwork
