VaynerMedia is hiring a Creator for its EMEA team. In this role, you will be responsible for ideating and conceptualizing high-engaging creative content for a variety of clients across social and digital platforms, working from copywriting to campaign development within collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
What You'll Do
- Ideate and conceptualize high-engaging thinking that reflects brand's aesthetic and style guidelines.
- Maintain aesthetic, tone, and brand consistency across all deliverables for various clients and industries.
- Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (creative, client services, strategy) to develop creative ideas.
- Write and edit copy for social content and campaigns, including Campaign Ideas, Manifestos, TVC & Video Scripts, and Brand Identity Decks.
- Produce ideas and campaigns with impact on brief, on time, and across any media without constant oversight.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to develop a high variety of ideas that meet creative and strategic criteria.
- Gather learnings and insights to make relevant recommendations to improve work.
- Present with growing confidence to team, senior clients, new business, agency and creative leaders.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Work with Lead Creator and with support of Project management and Client partners.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years professional creative experience with demonstrable passion for making creative content.
- Significant advertising experience in agency or similar environments, developing TTL, digital and platform-specific social campaigns.
- Impressive portfolio exemplifying previous success with proven ability to develop creative concepts, copy and design from social to TVC.
- Advanced experience in Adobe packages for execution and conceptualization.
- Proficiency in deck creation (ideally Google Suite) to convey ideas effectively.
- Strong passion for social, digital, and creative, with keen interest in new platforms, technologies and innovation.
- Advanced interpersonal skills to work effectively with wider team during pitches and presentations.
- Ability to pick up different editorial voices and switch between them quickly.
- Ability to produce work to a high standard quickly and professionally with attention to detail.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and commitment to delivering best practice and value.
- Deep vocabulary, working knowledge of slang terms and colloquial expressions.
- Cool, calm and collaborative when working under pressure with ability to anticipate and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
