KVIA-TV is hiring a Creative Services Producer to take commercial projects from concept to completion. This role is responsible for creating compelling client spots and requires hands-on production and editing skills as part of our award-winning creative services team.
What You'll Do
- Take a project from initial concept to final completion
- Create compelling commercials that achieve client objectives
- Edit video and craft supporting graphics
- Operate digital and DSLR cameras
- Handle audio recording and lighting setups
- Scriptwrite for commercial content
What We're Looking For
- Strong editing skills and a creative mind with an eye for appealing visuals
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Advanced experience with video and graphics editing
- Understanding and experience with video and DSLR cameras, audio recording, and lighting
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Unshakeable work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to stand, sit, reach, conduct telephone discussions, use email, and conduct face-to-face conversations
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and indoors in a controlled environment
- Ability to drive a motor vehicle
- Ability to lift, carry, set up and operate equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk
Nice to Have
- College degree in Telecommunications, Digital Media, Marketing, or Broadcasting
