At Paired, we’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager (Paid Acquisition) to transform social media and platform trends into performance-driven ad creatives. You’ll join our mission to help millions of couples stay in love by crafting campaigns that drive user acquisition on channels like Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct research across social media, Reddit, blogs, and other platforms to uncover emerging trends, hooks, and audience triggers.
- Turn insights into attention-grabbing creative briefs for motion, UGC, and static content.
- Write ad copy and hooks using engaging buzzwords that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with designers to bring creative concepts to life.
- Analyze creative test results to refine strategies and document findings, supporting a test-and-learn approach.
- Collaborate with content, user research, and marketing teams to leverage product and customer insights into our creative strategy across regions.
What We’re Looking For
- A solid understanding of paid user acquisition principles and KPIs.
- In-depth knowledge of the creative development process.
- A proven track record of finding and scaling creative successes in paid acquisition campaigns.
- A creative mind that can devise unique conceptual ideas to pitch our product.
- Experience writing ad copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to spot and adapt trends to shape creative direction.
- The ability to quickly understand target audiences and translate insights, platform trends, and data into clear, actionable creative briefs.
- A valid UK or European passport or working permit (no sponsorship requirements).
Nice to Have
- Experience within a subscription-based app business.
- Experience in Video and UGC Content Creation.
- Deep understanding of U.S. consumer behaviour, communication styles, and digital trends.
