National Vision is looking for a Creative Lead to ensure our brand strategy is translated into compelling, consistent, and high-quality creative expression across campaigns and customer touchpoints. You will partner closely with the Brand Director to support key seasonal selling periods, operational priorities, and marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Translate brand strategy and briefs into creative concepts and executions for assigned brand(s).
- Provide hands-on creative direction and design to support seasonal selling periods.
- Partner closely with the Brand Director on priorities and success criteria.
- Guide and review creative work to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with agency partners to provide direction and feedback.
- Apply brand guidance to in-store and operational creative needs.
- Partner with Media, CRM, Content Production, and Consumer Insights teams.
- Steward brand visual identity and standards.
- Incorporate performance learnings to improve creative effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of related experience in brand marketing, creative development, or integrated marketing communications.
- 3–4 years of experience in an agency environment.
- 3+ years of in-house brand or marketing experience, working directly with internal stakeholders and business teams.
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Operations, Design, Communications, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Copywriting experience.
- Strong understanding of brand governance, visual identity systems, and creative quality standards.
Technical Stack
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
