This role will orchestrate the brand's visual narrative across critical touchpoints—encompassing packaging, product introductions, campaigns, digital platforms, and retail interactions. You will conceptualize and implement a world-class creative framework that drives consistency, innovation, and profound emotional engagement with our audience. This position demands a distinctive fusion of strategic insight, creative leadership, and hands-on design proficiency. You'll supervise an expanding design team and collaborate intimately with leadership across Marketing, Product, E-commerce, and Research to manifest our brand experience across diverse channels, ensuring a unified and compelling visual story. Key Responsibilities Creative Platform & Brand Identity - Curate and advance our brand identity across all channels, including digital, packaging, campaign, retail, and experiential - Construct a robust visual and conceptual foundation aligned with strategic objectives - Transform scientific insights and product narratives into breakthrough consumer-facing creative storytelling Campaign & Content Leadership - Direct comprehensive creative development for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and ongoing marketing initiatives - Guarantee consistent visual storytelling across paid, owned, and earned channels - Collaborate with performance and content teams to generate visually distinctive, results-driven assets Creative Operations & Design Systems - Develop and scale comprehensive design systems, brand guidelines, and production toolkits - Optimize creative processes to enhance efficiency and executional excellence - Maintain exceptional quality standards across all design deliverables Team & Cross-Functional Leadership - Guide, motivate, and expand a high-performing design team - Provide mentorship, constructive feedback, and creative direction - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on shared brand and business objectives Ideal Candidate Profile - 8+ years of creative and design experience, including leadership roles - Proven expertise building design systems for premium consumer brands - Comprehensive portfolio showcasing excellence across multiple design domains - Proficiency in design software and contemporary workflow technologies - Strategic, solutions-oriented approach with deep consumer behavior understanding - Outstanding communication and collaborative leadership skills - Genuine passion for health, wellness, and human potential optimization Work Location Fully remote position supporting flexible work arrangements across global time zones.
