Indegene is hiring a Creative Art Lead to execute graphic design for digital and print deliverables within the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting a client's omnichannel strategy, focusing on asset creation, adaptation, and refresh within a purpose-driven, collaborative culture.
What You'll Do
- Design, edit, update, and refresh diverse digital, web/mobile, and print deliverables such as visual aids, websites, brochures, posters, banners, interactive PDFs, and e-learning modules.
- Execute creative direction and design concepts, developing artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables and communicating ideas effectively.
- Support the development of campaigns, promotional materials, and communication materials.
- Ensure consistency of brand and program identity throughout all stages of project execution and creative development.
- Thoroughly follow branding and asset guidelines and apply them to all designs.
- Support and maintain desired project delivery schedules and service level agreements.
- Manage changes and updates as per the content approval process.
- Support graphic design efforts in UX Omnichannel strategy rollout.
- Apply proven experience with tools, techniques, and software across multiple media to develop required creative outputs.
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of experience in graphic design, specifically for online, mobile, and responsive design, with a background in omnichannel delivery.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, and Figma.
- Experience in responsive design for mobile OSes like iOS and Android.
- A detail-oriented, well-organized mindset and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong strategic experience and an eye for compelling digital storytelling.
- A Graduate or Post-Graduate degree with the relevant years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive approach with the ability to flag concerns or issues in a timely manner.
