The Broker Sales Executive plays a key role in expanding the reach of individual and senior medical insurance offerings by cultivating strong relationships with brokers and independent agents. Working remotely, this professional provides strategic support throughout the sales cycle, from initial outreach to client enrollment, ensuring partners have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with brokers and agents to increase sales and market presence
  • Deliver accurate product information, including coverage details, carrier procedures, and enrollment processes
  • Support agents during client presentations and enrollment meetings, both virtually and in person
  • Process quotation and proposal requests efficiently and with attention to detail
  • Assess medical eligibility and risk factors to guide appropriate product placement
  • Resolve escalated issues by identifying solutions and communicating feedback to internal teams
  • Stay current on regulatory developments, market trends, and benefit plan design
  • Participate in team collaboration and contribute insights for continuous improvement
  • Engage in regular outreach through calls and meetings, with occasional travel required

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a valid Life and Health insurance license and bring at least three years of experience in individual or Medicare insurance sales. A background in supporting brokers or agents in a sales or account management capacity is essential. An Associate’s degree is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

This is a remote position with flexibility to work from any location. Occasional travel and extended hours may be necessary, particularly during peak periods such as the fourth quarter. The role involves a mix of virtual collaboration and direct engagement, requiring reliable communication tools and adaptability to varying schedules.
