Responsibilities
- Respond immediately to new leads entering the CRM
- Conduct consistent follow-up via calls, text, and email
- Re-engage leads that were previously not contacted or went cold
- Ensure no lead goes untouched or unworked
- Work the shared “pond” of unassigned leads within Follow Up Boss
- Identify opportunities within the database and prioritize follow-up
- Maintain ownership of the lead activity until handoff to an agent
- Qualify leads through conversational outreach (not overly sales-driven)
- Schedule phone consultations with agents
- Confirm and track appointments through completion
- Maintain accurate records in Follow Up Boss (notes, statuses, follow-ups)
- Respond to Maverick AI (training provided) nudges to identify and execute on missed opportunities
- Help establish simple rules and workflows for consistent lead engagement
- During slower periods, work through additional leads from MyPlusLeads (3rd party lead supplier)
- Prospect FSBO (For Sale By Owner) leads
- Prospect expired listings
- Prospect recently off-market properties
- Use the provided lists (e.g., MyPlusLeads) to generate additional opportunities
- Learn internal workflows related to front desk operations and cold calling (circle prospecting)
- Help document processes and best practices
- Assist in training and onboarding future VAs in similar roles
- Support the development of a scalable lead follow-up system
Requirements
- Experience in lead follow-up, appointment setting, or customer support
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred)
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound communication (calls, text, email)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
- Highly responsive with strong speed-to-lead awareness
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily
- Persistent with follow-up and not discouraged by non-responses
- Organized and disciplined in CRM usage
- Professional, conversational communication style
- Neutral English accent required
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday-Friday
- Daily Working Time: 8 AM - 6 PM CST (flexible; to be finalized)
- Contracted Hours per Week: 20 hours/week (Part-Time during training/onboarding; expected to scale to 40 hours)
Nice to Have
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
- Spanish is a strong Plus
- Level A-B (native or near native English accent required)

Additional Information
- This is an independent contractor position, not an employment offer
- Services must be performed professionally with adherence to timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing

- Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and governed by an independent contractor agreement
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
