20four7VA is looking for a Logistics & Trucking Operations Virtual Assistant to provide dedicated remote support. In this offshore independent contractor role, you will ensure the efficient dispatch, tracking, and resolution of shipments through direct coordination with carriers and clients.
What You'll Do
- Set up trucking accounts for new clients and maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking sheets.
- Dispatch LTL (Less-than-Truckload) and TL (Truckload) shipments for pickup and coordinate with carriers on schedules.
- Monitor shipment status daily, provide updates to clients, and coordinate with brokers for customs clearance.
- Review rebills and resolve disputes related to GTZ shipments, verifying carrier invoices for discrepancies.
- Prepare and send freight quotes to customers and respond to inquiries regarding rates and transit times.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in logistics, freight brokerage, trucking operations, or dispatch support.
- Strong understanding of LTL and TL shipment processes.
- Experience coordinating with carriers and customs brokers.
- Familiarity with freight billing, rebills, and dispute resolution.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Neutral or near-native English accent.
- Ability to work evening shifts reliably.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
