Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the market entry and go-to-market strategy for the Netherlands in coordination with the Germany-based Global Hub
- Lead business development and enterprise sales efforts across public and private sectors, targeting B2B and B2G opportunities
- Identify new market opportunities and create industry-specific solutions to meet client needs
- Manage end-to-end enterprise sales processes, including prospecting, needs assessment, solution design, negotiation, and deal closure
- Acquire and expand relationships with key reference customers, especially in regulated industries such as banking, insurance, healthcare, and energy
- Recruit, onboard, and manage partner organizations including resellers, system integrators, and consulting firms
- Support direct sales with partner networks and evolve toward a hybrid sales model over time
