As a Country Launcher for the DACH region, you'll drive the expansion of a delivery-first restaurant network across Germany. You'll identify and engage independent restaurants, guide them through the full partnership journey, and onboard them with confidence and precision.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end sales efforts—from initial outreach to final onboarding—focusing on high-potential restaurant partners
- Deliver compelling presentations that turn interest into commitment, making it easy for restaurateurs to say yes
- Travel regularly within the DACH region and to Amsterdam for team meetings and strategic events
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to refine outreach and improve conversion
- Share insights and ideas that shape how the business grows and adapts in a competitive market
Requirements
- Fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level) with strong communication skills for calls and in-person meetings
- Comfortable initiating cold outreach and turning initial no’s into future opportunities
- Proficient in English or Dutch for internal collaboration
- 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles
- Self-driven and structured, with a focus on results and continuous improvement
- Resilient and energetic—someone who thrives on challenge and stays motivated by progress

- Background in B2B sales, SaaS, or the hospitality industry is an advantage
