The YMCA of Southwest Florida is seeking a Counselor/Coordinator to join our summer camp team. You'll work as part of a supportive group dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and energetic camp experience for every camper every day.
What You'll Do
- Supervise, engage, and inspire campers throughout the summer program.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and energetic camp experience daily.
What We're Looking For
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Willingness to follow all YMCA and DCF policies and attend required training.
