As a Corporate Sales Engineer, you'll play a key technical role in advancing enterprise security adoption across Saudi Arabia. You'll lead hands-on evaluations of the Falcon platform, guiding prospective clients through tailored demonstrations and Proof of Value engagements that highlight real-world impact.
What You'll Do
You’ll serve as the primary technical advisor during sales cycles, identifying customer challenges through insightful discovery and translating them into effective platform configurations. Your expertise will shape how security solutions are presented, ensuring technical accuracy while aligning with business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with sales teams to build strong technical advocacy, run structured assessments against defined success criteria, and act as a conduit between customer feedback and internal support and product teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical customer-facing roles such as systems engineering, consulting, or support
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex IT environments and identify security gaps
- Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and executive audiences
- Self-driven with strong organisational abilities and a focus on results
- Fluency in Arabic and English at a native or business-proficient level
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in endpoint security, incident response, or network administration
- Experience with malware analysis or computer forensics
- Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDIC
