CrowdStrike is hiring a Corporate Sales Engineer to be the technical linchpin for our sales efforts in Indonesia. This remote position requires a results-driven professional who combines deep technical expertise with a customer-focused approach to support our corporate sales teams and partners.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with corporate sales teams and partners on high-touch pre-sales technical activities.
- Technically qualify opportunities and manage Proof of Value evaluations with end-user accounts and partners.
- Create Security Assessment Reports for end-users following POV completion.
- Drive end-user acceptance and buy-in to convert POV engagements into revenue.
- Train distributors and partners to enable them to deploy successful POVs and assist with Security Assessment Reports.
- Train distributor and partner Sales Engineers and sales staff within the region.
- Serve as liaison between partners/customers and corporate headquarters for technical issues and requirements.
- Work with sales teams to achieve and exceed assigned quarterly revenue targets.
- Continuously monitor, assess, and report on competitive landscape and market developments in the region.
- Support marketing activities as appropriate within the region.
- Collaborate with the Sales Engineering team and share knowledge to elevate collective performance.
- Initiate creative improvements to processes, revenue generation, or conversion rates.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience selling a complex multi-product architecture to organizations.
- Experience working in an IT security business.
- Pre-sales experience and excellent technical knowledge within networking and/or security.
- Familiarity with hacking and exploitation tools, common malware families, and Anti-Virus / IDS / IPS evasion techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of a wide variety of IT technologies and security solutions.
- Knowledge of Network Engineering: the OSI model, IPv4/6, Routing, DNS, SNORT, YARA.
- Knowledge of Network Security: Firewalls, IDS / IPS, HTTP/SSL Proxies, SSL Interceptors, SIEM Products.
- Knowledge of SOC Operations – IT Process Automation / Orchestration.
- Knowledge and experience with Threat Intelligence.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience.
- Able to build excellent relationships with customers and internal teams.
