VML Luxembourg is hiring a Copywriter to join the VML Growth Academy, a structured one-year acceleration experience designed to develop Saudi talent. This role offers a development journey with hands-on client exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and 4-month rotations across key departments.
What You'll Do
- Write and adapt copy for social media, digital platforms, presentations, websites, print, and video scripts.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling headlines, body copy, and campaign messaging aligned with brand objectives and tone of voice.
- Contribute to concepting by exploring verbal territories, messaging angles, and storytelling opportunities.
- Prepare copy documents for production and ensure clean, accurate handoffs, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate across teams to manage feedback loops, revisions, and timelines.
- Support the development and application of internal brand guidelines, tone of voice guides, and messaging frameworks.
- Use AI-supported tools for research, brainstorming, and initial draft generation where helpful, with human oversight.
What We're Looking For
- Saudi Nationals (mandatory).
- Strong writing fundamentals in grammar, punctuation, style, clarity, and conciseness.
- Attention to detail and strong organization for proofing, editing, and maintaining message consistency.
- Confidence working in collaborative environments and ability to take feedback well.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Curiosity and learning agility in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Arabic & English preferred.
- Interest in marketing, branding, and digital transformation.
- Familiarity with tools like the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and collaboration platforms.
- A portfolio link or PDF of writing samples.
