About the Role

Lionsgate Canada is looking for a Coordinator, Global Products & Experiences to provide critical support to the President and senior executives. You'll be at the center of a dynamic team managing a portfolio of location-based entertainment, video games, consumer products, and live events.

What You'll Do

  • Support the President of Global Products and Experiences and provide assistance to other senior executives.
  • Track the status of design, production, marketing, and business efforts, including taking detailed meeting notes.
  • Create and maintain schedules and calendars, track submissions and deadlines, and manage server files.
  • Determine the priority of calls and meetings and schedule them effectively.
  • Process invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Handle arrangements for a complex schedule of international and domestic travel.
  • Manage email correspondence and relay information clearly to third parties.
  • Review narratives, scripts, and other creative development materials.
  • Create compelling presentations and other brand-related materials.
  • Assist in planning and executing team events, meetings, and presentations.

What We're Looking For

  • A highly motivated, detail-oriented, hardworking, and organized self-starter.
  • The ability to multi-task, meet constantly changing deadlines, and work occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent computer, written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within entertainment, media, video games, or consumer products.
  • Some knowledge and a strong interest in location-based entertainment, video games, consumer products, or live events.

Nice to Have

  • A college degree in entertainment, game design, themed entertainment, performing arts/theatre, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Mac/PC and experience using Word, Excel, Keynote/PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
