Texas Woman’s University seeks a Coordinator for Field Experience & Assessment to join the Department of Human Development, Family Studies, & Counseling. In this role, you will manage all departmental field placements, oversee related databases, and support assessment and accreditation efforts.
What You'll Do
- Oversee practicum and internship sites for students in Human Development, Family Studies, & Counseling.
- Review and revise affiliation agreements.
- Oversee practicum and internship class applications.
- Communicate with site supervisors and perform site visits.
- Assist students with practicum, internship, and observation hour placements.
- Perform data entry and manage the TK20 database for each program.
- Manage assessment data and reports used for accreditation, AIIA, and program review.
- Assist department office staff and the chair as needed.
- Perform other duties as requested.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Three years of clerical or administrative office experience.
- Regular and reliable attendance at the University during scheduled days and work hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience with legal contracts.
- Experience working in a University setting.
Technical Stack
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- TK20 database.
- Personal computer and other office equipment, including related university software and email.
Team & Environment
This role reports to the Department Chair for Human Development, Family Studies & Counseling.
Work Mode
This position requires onsite work at the university.
