Responsibilities
- Oversees practicum/internship sites for students in Human Development, Family Studies, & Counseling.
- Reviews and revises affiliation agreements.
- Oversees practicum/internship class applications.
- Communicates with site supervisors, and performs site visits.
- Assists students with practicum/internship placements.
- Assists students with placements for observation hours.
- Performs data entry and manages TK20 database for each program.
- Manages assessment data and reports used for accreditation, AIIA, and program review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Three years’ clerical or administrative office experience.
- Regular and reliable attendance at the University during regular scheduled days and work hours is an essential function of this position.
- All employees share the responsibility of maintaining information security and privacy requirements within the university by adhering to Federal and State regulations, and TWU Policies & Procedures.
Nice to Have
- Experience with legal contracts preferred.
- Experience working in a University setting preferred.
