Cogstate is seeking a Coordinator, Clinical Operations with professional Mandarin fluency. This role is central to supporting the operational delivery of contracted services across clinical trials. You will be cross-trained to provide flexible assistance in areas such as Rater Training and Monitoring, Clinician Network Management, Data Management, and Scale Management, helping study teams manage bandwidth needs.
What You’ll Do
- Work with study teams across functional areas to ease bandwidth strain on coordinator responsibilities.
- Process clinician and rater forms, and document data via status trackers and ePortal/LMS training systems.
- Review and process submitted clinician/rater surveys and deploy applicable LMS training modules.
- Schedule 1:1 training video conferences between site raters and Rater Services staff.
- Manage hardware shipment scheduling and documentation management.
- Document real-time updates to status trackers, coordinate high-volume email correspondence, communicate status updates, and file electronic records.
- Serve as the point of contact for clinician and rater support questions.
- Communicate directly with site coordinators at clinical settings, track activity, and provide general study support.
- Interact with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) for site monitoring activities.
- Provide customer service and translations between English and Mandarin as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A professional level of fluency in Mandarin and English.
Nice to Have
- Previous project management or administrative support experience.

- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, not including applicable bonus structure.
