About the Role
This role supports the execution of clinical operations by managing trial logistics, maintaining regulatory documentation, and ensuring adherence to protocols across global sites, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities for clinical trial sites
- Support onboarding and training of site personnel
- Maintain up-to-date regulatory binders and trial documentation
- Track and report on site performance metrics
- Serve as a point of contact for site inquiries
- Assist in preparing materials for investigator meetings
- Monitor compliance with study protocols and standard operating procedures
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and international sites
- Manage translation requests and coordinate with language vendors
- Review and distribute study-related documents
- Support audit readiness activities
- Track trial supplies and equipment shipments
- Update project tracking systems with current status
- Assist in developing study-specific tools and templates
- Coordinate scheduling for monitoring visits
- Ensure data is collected and entered accurately and on time
- Liaise with vendors involved in trial execution
- Support the development of study timelines
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings
- Escalate issues to senior staff when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of trial data
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Ensure cultural sensitivity in communications with Mandarin-speaking regions
- Provide linguistic support for Mandarin-language materials
- Assist with trial closeout activities
