Bayer Global is looking for a Coordinator to provide essential support and operational oversight to our product and customer squads. In this role, you will ensure seamless execution of marketing plans through Thought Leader support, agency coordination, and material development, while managing budgets and key events.

What You'll Do

Coordinate logistics for participation at industry conferences and Thought Leader events, managing meeting spaces, hotel blocks, travel, registration, liaising with global partners, and booth production.
Complete sponsorship processes and logistics for international travel, manage all honoraria, grants, and expenses, and coordinate logistics for speakers at national conferences.
Coordinate and set up advisory board and consultant meetings, attending as required.
Develop and roll out internal team processes and timelines.
Manage functional aspects of budgets for multiple brands across the department.
Maintain high-functioning knowledge of all systems, generate POs in compliance with procurement standards, and manage new vendor setup.
Track multiple brand P&I spends to align with project completion, achieve 95% accrual accuracy, and ensure spends align with brand managers' phasing.
Efficiently handle vendor and customer inquiries and problem-solving.
Manage internal communications, meetings, team creative projects, team-building opportunities, and internal fundraising events.
Attend leadership team meetings and support agenda development and action items.

What We're Looking For

Post-secondary education in marketing or business.
3-5 years of experience in a marketing support function.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a strong team player.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Ability to manage ambiguity and readily adapt to change.
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach.
Strong understanding of internal functions and basic accounting terms.
