In this 360° consulting role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle within a permanent employment framework, working within a company culture built on trust and tailored for ambitious consultants.
What You'll Do
- Own the full 360° recruitment cycle with a focus on IT roles within permanent employment.
- Drive the entire consulting process from candidate sourcing to successful placement closure.
- Work with a high degree of autonomy and a strong sales-oriented approach.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in 360° consulting within an IT environment.
- Proven track record of successfully closing placements.
- Strong sales mentality and a results-driven mindset.
- Independent, self-organized way of working.
