Responsibilities
- Analyze project contracts and vendor agreements to ensure compliance with controls system requirements
- Examine and verify design submissions such as electrical schematics, data flow layouts, network configurations, signal lists (analog, Modbus, DNP3), power models, and control logic descriptions
- Manage and organize technical documents in SharePoint, ensuring proper document exchange with vendors and project parties
- Create automated scripts or tools to improve efficiency in data handling and routine operations
- Ensure ongoing, clear communication with all involved parties, including clients, suppliers, engineering firms, and utility providers
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems in environments protected by virtual private networks
- Address inquiries from clients and operators related to system changes, performance issues, or feature upgrades
- Assist with field commissioning for all functions involving control systems
Compensation
$100,000 - $145,000 + annual bonus (paid in local currency; range varies by location)
Other
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally up to 10–15% of the time to project locations and vendor sites
- AI-powered tools are used in parts of the hiring process, such as resume screening and workflow management; however, all final hiring decisions are made by human reviewers
