BRF is looking for a Controller Assistant to provide comprehensive support for our finance and facilities operations. In this role, you will handle a variety of critical tasks, from invoice processing and reporting to fleet management and warehouse logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Enter invoices for payment to service providers.
- Generate meal control reports.
- Update Facilities service information on the Intranet.
- Guide fleet drivers on fueling, title transfer, and other processes, and perform vehicle checklists for fleet and chartered vehicles.
- Store materials in the archive and warehouse, maintaining organization.
- Assist in inbound and outbound cell processes and operate the road scale.
- Process delivery confirmation slips and handle 0800 net calls for slip digitization.
- Attach blind spreadsheets to invoices (a mandatory document for purchase receipt) and list invoices and generate reports of invoices integrated into SAP.
- Collect signatures from responsible parties/approvers for postings and archiving of fiscal documents.
- Open Pre-Ticket to authorize truck entry into the facility.
- Update and close out pallet term (TMP) control.
- Occasionally perform load/unload movement of embarked or disembarked vehicles, and comply with SST and Quality standards.
